Integrative Wellness Coaching Specialties

  • Basic Life Coaching -- applies certain strategies that motivate clients to take action toward experiencing the parts of life they seem to put aside or fear, by assist clients in the discovery of existing personal strengths and building upon them to develop new personal strengths, which will improve ones essential life quality.
  • Recovery Coaching -- helping people discover ways to change negative belief systems into positive, make better decisions and reduce life struggles. Recovery coaches act as sobriety guides imparting new decision-making skills. Coaches & clients together, develop action plans with specific goals and objectives, which serves as reference points to utilize in daily living. Recovery coaches work to ensure clients have access to things they want and need to achieve life goals and to discover life satisfaction.​
  • Relationship & Family -- Helps clients develop a clearer perspective of their relationships; gaining a better understanding of their spouse, loved one, or friend.

    This coaching specialty also helps single clients seeking relationships determine positive/healthy relationship boundaries/expectations for themselves and the other person. Family coaching work for families expressing a need to improve communication and strengthen the family bond.

  • Financial Literacy -- Helps clients develop/strengthen a knowledge of basic budgeting skills, savings plans, and an understanding of credit.
  • Career & Education -- Assists clients in developing solid education path plans and in strengthening career goals/strategies, which best suit personal and prospective professional goals as well as assists with resume development, interviewing skills, networking skills, marketing strategies, dressing for success, business plan development, and other career readiness skills.
  • Spiritual -- Helps clients improve lifestyles by changing how one operates on a deeper level. Beyond examining behaviors, habits, and goals, spiritual coaching helps clients explore deep rooted beliefs and spiritual connections; re-directing from victimization to personal accountability and helping to eliminate surrounding negative judgments, which allow clients to gain control of their lives.

    Spiritual coaching focuses on the challenges of personal/spiritual growth; working to help clients recognize, realize, an practice concepts of compassion, love, and other fulfilling attributes.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR OUTPATIENT BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES?

Individuals receiving SoonerCare, Insure Oklahoma, and medicare qualify for Therapy and Case Management Services automatically.

• To be eligible for Rehab services in addition to Therapy and Case Management, individuals must meet at least one of the following criteria:

1. A history of admission into a psychiatric hospital or crisis center (at least once in their lifetime)

2. Determined as disabled for mental health reasons by the Social Security Administration

3. Currently receiving services through a specialty court program (i.e., Drug Court, Mental Health Court, Family Court)

4. Have a co-occurring diagnosis (mental health plus substance abuse)

TO RECEIVE FREE OUTPATIENT SERVICES YOU MUST BE INSURED THROUGH:

SoonerCare (Medicaid), Insure Oklahoma, and Medicare


WHO QUALIFIES FOR INTEGRATIVE WELLNESS LIFE COACH SERVICES?

Integrative Wellness & Life Coaching Services are private pay services NOT covered by insurance. There are no eligibility restrictions for receiving these services. There are various coaching packages available, including some sliding scale and income-based packages.

Candice Hart

CEO, MSP, BSP, BHCM-II, BHRS, C-PRSS, C-IWC

Candice Has nearly 15 years of experience in the mental health field; having worked in all areas including, education, direct care, administration, supportive housing, non-profit, and outpatient services.

Candice Holds an A.S. in Behavioral Science from Seminole State College, a B.S. in Psychology and a M.S. in Psychology from University of Phoenix and is currently completing her M.S. in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University. Candice is also a certified Integrative Wellness Life Coach.

Candice has a passion for helping people discover their personal strengths, achieve and sustain recovery, and accomplish life goals as well as achieve holistic life balance in the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual life areas. "It is my purpose to selflessly love others and support their healing journey in empathy with them until they are able to stand alone; even them I remain a supportive force".

Odete Phares

LPC, BHCM-III

Odete holds a M.A. from East Central University in Human Resources Counseling. Odete has seven years of practical experience in counseling in the United States, which is complimented by her experience in Brazil as a teacher and 17 yrs as a Family Attorney and Family Counselor. Odete utilizes her versatile knowledge, competence, and experience in a number of ways when working with clients. Odete is also proficient in Spanish and Portuguese as well as English. Odete is very skilled in multiple professional modes, including traditional and advanced techniques such as Brainspotting and Emotional Release Technique, which she appropriately applies in an individualized; case by case manner.

Odetes' passion and purpose is to help clients achieve personal goals and discover internal strengths; "living a mission of happiness and walking the path with my clients, all the way until they achieve their desired life balance".

Renee` Bartos

BHCM-II, BHRS

Renee` has nine yrs of outpatient behavioral health experience and 25 years of experience as an educator in special education as well as 15 years of experience as a special education director. Renee` holds a B.S. with a double major in psychology and sociology from Emporia State  and a masters level special education teaching certificate from East Central University. Recently retired, Renee` now devotes her career to advocating on behalf of children and families; ensuring the fulfillment of basic life needs and human rights. Renee` provides behavioral health rehab services, teaching daily

life skills and promoting improved life qualities in addition to case management services.

Tyrone Hart

C-IWC

Tyrone has a passion and purpose to help others discover their full potential. As a certified Integrative Wellness Life Coach, Tyrone assists clients in developing a thorough understanding of what obstacles they are facing and strengthening existing personal tool sets to apply as a means to create mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual balance, which will enable them to overcome the obstacles.

Tyrone has previous mentor-ship experience as an AAU basketball coach and presently mentors youth at his home church as one of the Bible study class teachers; teaching the teen class.
